Salt, I think this is where it began - hope the link for ABNNewswire for July 12 2011 works. Briefly it states that a
'non-brokered private placement...........issue of 177,777,778 fully paid shares....... for A$8 million which will represent approximately 6.5% of the shares of the Company'.
I have checked back over the Top40 Lists, from June 30 2011 and cannot see any changes to date which indicate a separate entity. I am confused!!!!
