ok, did not look properly, hard to imagine it could go back so far though... just the divi will keep Smurfs in the picture surely? but I still remember the gfc so I know that anything could happen... there seems to be confidence that ben has not been lending out too crazy so maybe that will keep demand up... anyway, thankyou so much for your help, I appreciate it very much, GLTAH... will be buying up if and it goes down .. do any of you bank with BEN, seems like a good deal for trading, but not sure there would be much volume
