This announcement shows UBS holding over 2,700,000 shares "with power to control disposal pursuant to stock borrowing and lending activities". The previous substantial shareholder notice from NAB discloses nearly 1,700,000 shares similarly described. Together that would represent nearly 8% of SRX capital. Forgive my ignorance but does this mean that these two organisations alone hold 8% of the issued capital for actual or potential short selling purposes?
