That knocks them down to 35 mil. Then you have to subtract payables and whatever other liabilities they've got, which is about 1.3 million if my memory is correct. So now they're down to 33 million and a bit.

The market cap calculation on hotcopper/other websites doesn't account for shares/performance rights created on 10-18-2016 where another 40.8 million shares got added. At 17 cents (time of posting) the market cap is 33.16 million (using a s/o of 195,070,578, if this is significantly off, my argument is wrong)

I get your point that more cash will have been burnt for sure but it is still below cash any way you cut it and therein is the opportunity.

However i dont think I will have much chance of convincing you of the merits of this strategy given you are always_shorting!
