Hi Bond, believe a 10. anything will block compulsory acquisition, think they need 90% to move to compulsory aquisition. So if they are not accepting it will only take another 1% roughly to block the compulsory acquisition.I suppose it's likely that some just won't bother returning forms and others may not accept.
Not sure but there wasn't there some requirement that they also had to get at least 80% for offer to go ahead.
