The notice is an initial notice of substantial shareholding so that is what they started with. So on 27 September, they acquired 102M shares for whatever consideration we do not know and their voting power was around 7% but at November 4 they have 98M but 12% voting power.
And at no point have we seen a change in substantial holding form.
