Just a thought, but is Cancun Trading a nominee of ECP as referenced in the current prospectus........ "Lead Manager (or its nominees)".
ECP have been constantly gifted way to many shares for supposed services rendered. If they stumped up the $1Mil(which has been eluded to by a few posters) for the placement and in turn received over 200 000 000 shares plus options they potentially double their money. Plus they receive $90K+ for the CR. Thats on top of the 75 Mill, 43 Mill and 57 Mill shares already issued to them and $350 000+ paid to them over the last 24 months..... according to the prospectus.
