I'm hoping for a capital raising, and not a private placement to mates, which seems imminent. Company needs cash and can't even pay for management salaries and admin costs - which are ludacris for a company this size.

A capital raising - with oppies attached - should be good news. I will definitely top up. The transaction won't go ahead until April. So, still some time ahead.

I don't expect a new project until after this transaction is completed and money in bank.
