A capital raising - with oppies attached - should be good news. I will definitely top up. The transaction won't go ahead until April. So, still some time ahead.

I don't expect a new project until after this transaction is completed and money in bank.

Cant see that tbh, they will sell the SAR shares, turn it into a cashbox and go shopping. probably issue share for the new project and have $9mil to fund its development.

Anyway that's how I would play it
