Holla you know i love your optimism however on this occasion i disagree with you in regard to billy.
firstly this is not a defence this my view.
Billy is just imo trying to balance the optimists views with the pessimist views based on his experiences. i think anyone wanting to buy in the NORon family will [read must] do their research but just in case they do not, its good to have both sides of the coin presented to them.
again that's just my view of the world. more people following the spec end of the market lose their shirt than get a new a new wardrobe.
