    You make a valid point. My only answer is habit. Taking my Bangkok example. I lived there for 5+ years and know the service provider well. I visit at least twice a year. Basically, I am in auto-pilot mode. And this is what Norwood is up against; it is very difficult to get people/companies to change practises.

    But I will look at your suggestion. Thanks for the tip
