As for Friday's activity, I'd be guessing again, but perhaps Ms Jindal hit the market with stock at 2c, which means she might be almost out of stock. Perhaps the Yogi syndicate took most of that stock and then made them look better in the afternoon. If it was the Yogi syndicate, not necessarily a good sign. Fresh buying from other sources, on the other hand, would be encouraging.
Re escrow stock: I haven't done my homework here - I don't know when stock is released.
