It would make sense that it was BP doing all the shoring and playing.
They have been snubbed for this raise in place of credit Suisse and was it RBS, jointly.
Maybe mangement grew a set and told them where to go.
Now they are buying on market and shorts have dropped, maybe because they no longer have the direct line to FAR HQ.
