Its just not the case Tony. 8.13 of FAR's constitution is a partial T/O clause where by the shareholders unless are in agreement with the proportional bid it gets knocked back...deemed withdrawn.
look up announcement on 10/4/15 Item 9 page 12. I'm not 100% sure how it works but 50% may not be enough. DB
