Yeah I think the likelihood of takeover in the short to medium term is minimal. Your two triggers if they come off will cause a spike, I feel certain of that.
Imho we need to wait until this sucker is producing imho before we see meaningful long term sustainable upside in SP. The registry has tightened and it seems that these guys have a lot of money and time on their hands. Seems to me they can wait and we must too.
