    Why? My office is opposite of CSR's warehouse, I can see trucks come in/out, very busy site, seems they have very good business.
    I have also asked many builders, they all use CSR's products.
    The cash flow is good, margin is alright, no debt, SP is reasonable.

    Do you think the property market is going down?
