The notice said he would be participating in tranche 2 - it didn't say how much.
The 183,963,236 shares, was the amount he has purchased over last few years since his initial 270m purchase to take him to 452,963,236 shares.
The 452,963,236 has him @ 8.83%
given he is definitely participating, i strongly suspect he will take up an amount to get himself to 10% again.
