Yeah Ok and then step into the real world and see how often those rules apply. I've seen many cases where the notices are recieved weeks after the buyers have crossed the threshold. Ultimately, it's the responsibility of the buyer/seller to lodge the notice so each fund will have their own policies as to when they submit and what constitutes the end of their spree.
