It certainly is a strange one, you wouldn't think PPG would come after Dulux considering the size that the Akzonobel bid was.
Norges Bank investment arm has investments in the biggest companies in the world and only holding 5% (they have a max 10% holding rule) of DLX doesn't make sense from a point of making meaningful returns from a earnings or takeover premium view.
It certainly is a strange one, you wouldn't think PPG would come...
