The market seems not to believe that the NT Government will overturn its moratorium on fracking...strange really when you take into consideration that a gigantic pipeline is already under construction which will facilitate the transportation of gas from the NT to an under-supplied east coast.
Practicality, and political will, will kick in at some stage.
