Spot on. Unlikely that they would hand over 10.5mil for shares that are potentially worth $0.00 if they can't do a deal. If they have to CR for P3 then the SP will drop and Langstead will suffer massive dilution.
I am quite sure they have been convinced that this is a sure bet as we all believe it is. I would has at a guess that they have been given far more detail on the state of play re: partnering etc than the market has.
