IMO your 100% correct. They are trying to get the numbers. It won't matter if they buy up as many shares as they can, as long as the core group of Sh that we know hold over 10% aren't selling then it doesn't matter. I'm assured those people aren't selling, in fact Ive been buying and now hold 5mil. I vote no as the current deal stands.

I do vote yes to back Fergus and even the FFT merger moving forward, but it will have to be a better deal for MSP Sh. We have the numbers and will fight for Sh.
