No doubt for me this stock is being accumulated. Lots of larger buys followed by small sells to keep lid on price. Look at today's trading and has been somewhat of a pattern for a while.
Consonance Capital Management are a huge fund and would not have any limits preventing them picking up more. In fact, it probably isn't worth their effort to follow AXP unless they can pick up more.
