you could be right but i couldn't see anywhere written that the trades were 'off market' - this makes me think that Neil is issuing more shares which sounds more like it as they have no money left - issuing more shares puts money in the bank accounts, off market trades don't . hard to know because it isn't stated unless I've missed something ? This is simply diluting the company even more so and at a ridiculously low price of one 50th of a cent (I think ?) ... Neil will now do his share conversion of 400 to 1 . Unless of course he still wants to offer more shares to someone ... he has no regard for existing shareholders who are now being diluted into oblivion .... his motives have been pretty obvious for a long time though - he's just looking after himself - trying to save his own neck and job - end of story .
