Not sure if I understand this...
A broker is supposed to organise a transaction between buyers and sellers - but CS ended up with the shares?
The commission would not be worthwhile vs locking up their funds and taking the risks of SP going lower
Unless this is a technicality, CS is a transient holder and another set of substantial holder annc are to come on Monday - I just don't quite understand
