This talk of us shareholders having the right to direct board strategy ..is a misguided overeaction by asx holders . In real life, we have minority shareholders  (< 5%>  in large private companies and they don't have  say..and neither do they expect to .

You have to go with the flow as a minority or  alternatively if you cant handle it just refuse to become  a shareholder ( similar to refusing to associate with certain people because of there character). This way you will never have a shareholder issue.

Now what does the average HC shareholder in MSB have ....0.00028723% of Total shareholding...and theses shareholders want a say....bahahaha

If your not happy with management , progress, technology ...on you bike big lady and go.
Instead  some "serious s/holders" on HC what to keep management honest !

..yet they cant keep themselves honest ..who are they trying to kid ?
