I hope the brokers are clued onto the dividend point - surely they will push back on proceeds from the capital raise effectively being used to fund the dividend to a significantly larger register?

I am still perplexed by the recent announcements - firstly a potential buy-back (in lieu of a dividend) to take advantage of s/p weakness..then 3 days later, a highly dilutive capital raise with no rights for existing shareholders...stinks of cashflow issues...
