Always good to see a director w skin in the game and 12% is quite a bit of skin. Still doesn't account for the other 166,666,666 shares issued that day. Still suspect many of them may have hit the market. I may be mistaken but I believe a Change in Substantial Holder notice needs to be issued within 5 trading days of a change. Still possible that we may see that he lightened his load a little but, if so, doubt it would be by more than half. Either way, time will tell. I expect a bit of a lift from this Ann. GLTAH.
