Good advice!! Just as an FYI, the board and management are subject to black-out periods throughout the year. There are very limited times for us to buy on market. Further, at a personal level, given various market sensitive discussions I am involved in I am largely precluded from buying on market. I have sen this referenced many times (not only with respect to me), so just wanted to highlight this point.
