The meeting needs to happen within 2 months so imagine it will be scheduled within weeks of the quarterlys release. I guess that’s the plan - if the quarterly is poor or average they will be poised to strike while shareholders are really annoyed. Acting out of anger rather than rationally because while management have been disappointing I really can’t see what the proposed replacement directors offer.
