I think there is a process to follow under the Corps Law. Timing, papers, info from nominees, info from company, calling of meeting, and then the meeting. the timing is rigid I think.
But yeah, it's all a little perplexing.
Interesting the proposers of the meeting, then the nominees for the board, then the link to previous YOW director. Am not sure what the relationships are? if any?
