The article states that Regal are raising additional capital for the fund, they initially raised $100M there is scope to raise more; they are looking for an additional $200M. The fund is up 100% since inception in late 2016, which is exceptional considering the amount of capital such a fund would hold & the returns are after fees.

Companies the fund has backed that have done well include.... GSW, AL8, FBR & recently FYI & IXU.

The best part for us, is that Regal has a 5yr lockup period on investment funds, so there can't be any investor redemptions for at least another 4yrs, with plenty of money in the kitty it enables them to make solid on market purchases such as we've seen here.

I have no doubt that Tolga also would've participated in this placement.
If my assumption is correct, the release of his Form 603 should do absolutely no harm to the share price either.
