Haven’t they been InFront of ASI before and found to be free of guilt
(Or ASIC hasn’t pursued it anyway)
Having been involve with ASIC as a supplier to them, they are typical public servants - frightened little rabbits unable to make any form of decision either way..
If there were any compensation where would it come from though directors negligence insurance I assume ?
