I'm sure that a turnaround and improvement in cashflow/profit would be lovely, but what seems to have slipped through to the keeper is that key high level lawyers have left the firm, and assuming that most of the office equipment is leased, then it follows that the firm's key asset is people. And they've left consistently over a long period of time, started new firms (one of which has recently issued a class action).
MB will still be licking its wounds from the SGH class action which ended up being a classic example of suing an entity that has no money to satisfy any judgment - so you have to take what you can get.
