Short term could move funds into those penny dreadfuls in wannabe low grade OZ plays (ex ARL which i like) claiming that they have a chance to mine. Beware all .

In Fairness Congo don't have much of a choice, they need $$$. At least our partners are Chinese, it won't drive them away.
