I think it is a very positive step that the fund manager is taking a keen interest in Orocobre to the tune of over 10.6 million shares and over 5% voting rights to the tune of $75 million.

Let's see if more Fund manages get on board now.

IMHO, this is the start of something big which could knock out the shorters once and for all.
