From what I understand of this ANN it's highly likely that this was triggered by them borrowing shares to short sell and not "buying" as such... At least a bit of transparency has occurred with us being able to see the clients doing the shorting/lending out their shares to be shorted and now we know whom to trust and whom not to trust when it comes to research reports
