lol, litigation is a long road, But about the only thing they can chase (dont forget some of the ex dir are lawers) so IMO may have merit in chasing this avenue up.
The way lots of the old deals where worded, hidden,and what appears to be deals for mates (as per court findings and asic findings.). I remember some of the perceived threats by the company to peruse and prosecute those who where saying the Masicam fiasco was a scam. (now proved that it was a dodgy deal).
I feel for those still tied up in this mess but they need to take some very deep breaths and support Josh and his team, IMHO.
There is more i would like to add but im not sure how to word it so will leave it at this.
