Evidently he was at the AGM so is or was a shareholder. Googled him, used to be a geologist then stockbroker and banker, now company director. Going back in time there was a connection with Westgold and Metals X through a company called Aragon. He was on the board of Orinoco Gold which John Hannaford used to chair. Hannaford signed off for Riverview as one of the 249D signatories.
