I would have thought this to be part of assets transferred to Barclays as collateral for a loan or something, so I don't think Barclays would be able to sell. I suspect if the XPD came out of suspension and the SP took a tumble, then whoever is using these for collateral value may be asked a few questions. And there are very few parties that have almost 10% to use as collateral....
