well I would like him to look at management changes - surely given what has transpired over the last few years given lack of pipeline (some may view that due to complacency), lack of transparency (Hexima matter), lack of info re: bonuses calculation, lack of progress of pipeline projects over all these years given the $'s that had been spent there - the list can go on - so maybe get the changes at the top and get the company moving again!!!. all IMO but hopefully he will look at doing/calling for positive changes (beginning at the top!!).
