MBL bought 465m shares on market on 9-13/4/2018
MMAM bought 474m shares and paid 2.75 cents per share on 19/4/18
WAMCO didn't have enough shares to sell to MMAM
There were probably other DH holding shares below 5%
MMAM probably bought in on transaction, maybe off market
Why would you sell out at 2.75cents???
