I may have some details out of wack, but pretty sure that no one asked me if I would be willing to submit my AGO holdings to this deal.

Unless I've got that all wrong and my shares are totally out of my control, being under the absolute jurisdiction of the board.

If that is the case, I wouldn't have subjected my funds to such jeopardy (investing in AGO) and frankly, this deal should concern the ASX because if it has soured in my mouth and pocket, then who knows who else has become more wary of investing?
