Allen Grey obviously saw value at a higher price. What do you think they see? Is it the US and Tax cuts and forget about Oz?
These guys aint dumb, they would be taking into account Novomatic and their intentions, maybe they think Novamatic will be a benign influence and AGI will be allowed to grow and prosper. Otherwise I cant see why they would enter the frey? Or are they being opportunist hoping to extract a higher price from any take over, considering they got in around 1.74 any takeover price should be well north of that, one would think?
