the announcements i would say arent similar?

the MDL one shows that L1 went long in this stock as they added more shares to their holdings

the BGS one shows that they are borrowing shares (effectively shorting it) (what i believe to be)

so different actions?

im not trying start anything as Im just as much as a concerned holder been in this since the eagle eye days im curious thats all and want some clarification of the situation.
