    I don't like holding companies that legally messy...have a bad smell for some legal mess.... it is around this time that I question the board ,where are the top 20 asking what is going on ..why cant we ask mc to give us a few pennies to get the processing plant going...it is at this stage that we need smooth talkers.....I don't like forced deals ,why don't both companies act in the interest of shareholders ,as we are the losers.....
