    Might I just remind UBS (as I expect that they will be keeping an eye on us now) that my recent technical analysis revealed a gap in the chart to be filled above 46.5c - link here:

    Of course, UBS's client may have fundamental reasons for wanting HIG (there are many!) and so fundamentals may support a higher price!
