the risk of holding on and wait for compulsory acquisition is that since they are in full control, they develop all of the project by raising equity on par or lower to existing shareholder and OZL and you just need to keep injecting cash to the company or got diluted slowly and surely and there will be no liquidity on market to fold your position.
