Hi
@Kalenn It was always going to end this way, following the 27/3 position in both our opinions, the passage of time has shown we were on the money and gave our simple honest views which turned out to be right. Has been instructive on human behaviour looking in here every now and then. I agree that in the end the ownership structure was the big bad wolf with AVB, never could get any traction because of that, such a shame because some brilliant work was done by AVB on the ground. I think one of my last posts simple suggested I was looking at the 80 % soon and I guess that is close now, a few raged at the moon over that one eh. I m a little fortunate with my average and liking OZL, so for me anyway I will have some connection with the projects. Some things have been said here which were a bit strong, but hey what respected forum does not throw up it's crazy's, more just a sad reflection of so many disappointed folk than anything else, they hoped and wished for more. "Last and best bid"was my take from day one, just my honest view, not well received I know but such is life. Thanks to you
@Kalenn for your genuine and honest views, we will continue the value fight all over these manipulated markets. If it does not kill your capital it makes you stronger, most of us have been in far worse than this one. Best wishes and good luck to all going forward, some wonderful posters have graced the AVB board over the years, no doubt will bump into many on lots of future great opportunities all over the markets. Cheers Phil. Excuse errors tiny screen and late night.
