I would just like to add my appreciation to you for all your generous research and commitment in the past to AVB. I have met you at a former AGM and hold you in the upmost esteem for your unselfish reports that you shared with us - all previous holders of AVB. It was a good story, unfortunately with an unhappy ending, especially for holders over the past 6 years or so.
I really hope you can find another ASX share, but this time where the BOD are trustworthy.
